Rob developed a custom reporting solution for a 700 employee Post Acute Long Term Care customer saving 50 hours of manual work monthly. The solution automatically generates 10 Excel spreadsheets by pulling together data from across their UKG Ready system, aggregating and running custom calculations. This enables the customer to better understand OT hours and Expense by Position as well as Total hours vs. Budgeted hours. These reports are then made available directly to the user in their UKG Ready solution providing ongoing access and availability.
