Hey there! I wanted to share a bit about what makes my work with UKG Ready so special and how my technical skills and focus on customer satisfaction have really set me apart.
I’ve been working with UKG Ready for over 11 years now. It all started back in January 2014 when I got my first training on “Workforce Ready” at the Kronos Indianapolis office. Since then, I’ve had the chance to work with all sorts of customers—from large manufacturing companies to healthcare providers and school systems. My goal has always been to make sure the system works smoothly for everyone.
Over the years, I’ve built some amazing relationships with folks at UKG. UKG Customer Success Managers often reach out to me when they need someone who can bring a mix of technical know-how, honesty, and empathy to the table. While there are plenty of talented UKG partners out there, I’m honored to be the one they call when a customer needs a little extra help.
Here are a few stories from my recent Projects that show how I blend my technical skills with a customer-first approach:
- Overtime Review: This customer was concerned about their overtime calculations being incorrect for the last several years. I jumped right in, analyzed the data, and helped them sort it all out. They were so pleased with the results that they asked for additional support with several UKG Ready optimizations.
- Project Team Augmentation: Another customer found themselves in a tough spot when their implementation partner went on medical leave. I stepped in right away and helped them process their first payroll in UKG Ready without a hitch.
- Reporting Solutions: Even though UKG Ready has powerful built-in reporting, I often get calls asking, “Can you help this customer with a special report?” Thanks to my knowledge of both UKG Ready and other tools, such as Excel, I’ve been able to create custom reports that make it easy for customers to get the most out of their data.
I’m a huge fan of UKG Ready and love working with customers to make sure it brings real value to their operations. If you think I can help you out, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to chat!
