Recently, I have had several requests to help customers get over a small hump. As a huge fan of UKG Ready and always wanting to see a customer become successful with the product, improve their experience, and gain more value from UKG Ready, I am always willing to help out. Even if the project is just 1 hour of consulting, I am happy to engage.
Some of my recent examples include:
401k Report: A customer needed help with a 401k report for their provider. In just around an hour, I was able to build the needed custom columns using UKG Ready standard reporting capabilities, and format the report so that the customer just needs to run the report and export it for their provider. I was also able to train the customer on what I did which will provide ongoing benefit to them as they continue their UKG Ready journey.
API Assistance: A second customer needed API assistance. They were quite concerned that they would not be able to extract the necessary information from UKG Ready via the REST APIs. Again, in less than 1 hour I was able to review the API documentation with the customer along with their requirement and provide them with a few options for accessing the required data. The customer went from thinking that there was no solution to knowing exactly what they needed to do to continue their internal development efforts. Needless to say, they were thrilled.
Middleware: A third customer was experiencing issues with UKG Ready Middleware and was unsure how to proceed. Middleware was in use to retrieve files/data from a 3rd party. We arranged a call with all three parties. We analyzed the issue at my direction and quickly understood the problem. The 3rd party was able to quickly resolve the issue, and the customer was happy that they could be proceed.
